July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and most long weekends go first. We recommend booking 3–6 weeks out for peak dates. If you missed the window, the waitlist is the fastest way to get confirmed.
How the Waitlist Works
Call or book online
Call (850) 257-5776 or use our online booking form and request your dates. If those dates are full, we'll add you to the waitlist immediately.
We notify you within 48 hours
When a cancellation opens that matches your dates, we text or call you first. Most waitlist families get confirmed within 24–48 hours for popular dates.
Confirm your spot
Once confirmed, your dog's suite is reserved. Drop-off window is 8am–5pm Monday through Saturday, 9am–2pm Sunday.
