Our entire facility is air-conditioned and dehumidified. Your dog never sits in a hot outdoor kennel. Indoor private suites with elevated cots, filtered water always available, climate maintained at 70°F regardless of outside temperature.
Smart outdoor schedule for summer
5 outdoor potty breaks per day, scheduled around peak heat — first walk before 7 AM, last walk after 6 PM. Mid-day breaks are short and shaded. We never leave dogs outside in summer heat.

Pull up the live camera anytime to see your dog comfortable on their cot in their air-conditioned suite. Especially reassuring in July and August when you're worried about heat.
Summer add-ons
Cool exit bath ($25) — your dog comes home clean and refreshed. Cooling treats available on request. We're happy to refrigerate your dog's medications and feed bottled or filtered water if your dog prefers.

Are the live cameras really free?
Yes — included with every boarding and daycare stay at no extra charge. No premium tier, no upgrade fee.
What vaccines do you require?
Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, all current. Upload through our app or bring printed records at check-in.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes — $25 round trip for Bay County. Your first ride home is FREE with any multi-day boarding stay.
How early should I book?
Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break) book 4-8 weeks out. Standard weekends usually have space 1-2 weeks ahead.
What are your hours?
Monday-Saturday 7 AM-6 PM, Sunday 9 AM-2 PM. Boarding check-ins and pickups during business hours only.
