Every private suite at our Panama City facility has a permanently-installed HD camera streaming 24 hours a day. When you book a stay, you get a private link to watch your dog's suite anytime — even at 3 AM if you wake up missing them. No buffering. No "premium upgrade." It's included free with every boarding stay because we believe transparency builds trust.

Are the live cameras really free?
Yes — included with every boarding and daycare stay at no extra charge. No premium tier, no upgrade fee.
What vaccines do you require?
Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, all current. Upload through our app or bring printed records at check-in.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes — our own staff can pick up and drop off around Bay County. Call (850) 257-5776 for a quote for your address.
How early should I book?
Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break) book 4-8 weeks out. Standard weekends usually have space 1-2 weeks ahead.
What are your hours?
Monday-Saturday 7 AM-6 PM, Sunday 9 AM-2 PM. Boarding check-ins and pickups during business hours only.
